Job Overview

Portico Corporate Reception Management is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to enhance our team.

This dynamic position involves providing welcoming and professional reception services across various hospitality areas or from designated concierge desks within the organization.

The Client Services Coordinator will manage the switchboard, coordinate room bookings, arrange transportation, and respond to internal service inquiries while offering general support.

Working Hours: 40 Hours
Salary: £29,316

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service, alongside meticulous attention to detail. This role is perfect for those eager to broaden their knowledge and skills.

Prior experience in customer service is crucial, ideally within a corporate environment or a similar capacity.

Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities are essential, enabling effective interaction with colleagues and clients at all levels.

Experience in operating a switchboard and managing meeting room reservations is preferred.

Familiarity with Audio Visual services is a plus.
