Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative and technical support to our financial advisers.
  • Coordinate adviser schedules and assist during client consultations to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and submit applications to financial providers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain and update back-office systems and client records to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Process investment instructions and collaborate with paraplanners for smooth service delivery.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and service providers.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a quick aptitude for learning new software.
  • A positive mindset, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Unrestricted right to work in the UK.
