Job Overview

Quarsh | B Corp Certified is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have a seamless experience from the moment they engage with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Efficiently gather and manage financial information from third-party sources, ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date, and provide support to clients throughout the onboarding process.
  • Client Liaison: Prepare meeting materials, manage electronic documents, process applications, and handle client inquiries with confidence and professionalism.
  • Clerical Duties: Provide essential support to colleagues, assist with reception duties, and maintain a tidy and presentable office environment.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Confidence in communicating with clients.
  • A keen eye for detail and high ethical standards.
  • The ability to diligently follow through on tasks to completion.
