Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Efficiently gather and manage financial information from third-party sources, ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date, and provide support to clients throughout the onboarding process.
- Client Liaison: Prepare meeting materials, manage electronic documents, process applications, and handle client inquiries with confidence and professionalism.
- Clerical Duties: Provide essential support to colleagues, assist with reception duties, and maintain a tidy and presentable office environment.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Confidence in communicating with clients.
- A keen eye for detail and high ethical standards.
- The ability to diligently follow through on tasks to completion.
