This multifaceted role involves welcoming clients and visitors on the hospitality floors, as well as managing various concierge desks throughout the premises.
The Client Services Coordinator will handle the switchboard operations, coordinate room bookings, arrange transportation, and respond to internal service inquiries while providing comprehensive support.
Working Hours: 40 Hours
Salary: £29,316
The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service, coupled with meticulous attention to detail. This position is perfect for those looking to broaden their expertise and experience.
Prior experience in customer service is essential, ideally within a corporate environment or a similar capacity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, enabling effective interaction with colleagues and clients across all levels.
Experience in operating a switchboard and managing meeting room reservations is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Audio Visual services is an added advantage.
