Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate client bookings and appointments, ensuring accurate and timely processing of client enquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work closely with the Client Services team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of client services.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, including correspondence and communication.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and professionalism in client service delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of client service initiatives and strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
