Position Title: Corporate Access Associate
Department: Business Management
Role Summary:
- The Corporate Access team plays a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with sell-side brokers to enhance Corporate Access engagements for the investment team.
- Efficiently manage a substantial volume of corporate meeting requests utilizing various databases and email communications.
- Collaborate closely with the investment team, taking the initiative to comprehend current coverage responsibilities and the corporate access mandate.
- Aid in the preparation of analytical reports on resource usage and efficiency.
- Participate in industry conferences and roadshows.
- Execute both internal and external marketing strategies to fortify relationships with corporates and sell-side brokers.
Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a commendable academic record.
- Comprehensive proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional attention to detail and operational effectiveness.
- A proactive mindset when collaborating with team members and other departments.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Capability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A drive to challenge existing methodologies and enhance processes.
