About the Role:

Energi People is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Key Accounts team. As a Sales Manager for Key Accounts, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key client relationships, developing strategies for cross-selling and upselling, and providing coaching and mentorship to your team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Key Accounts team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop strategies for cross-selling and upselling to existing clients.
  • Conduct client reviews and manage key relationships.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to your team, promoting a positive culture.
  • Create and maintain accurate market information for informed decision making.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in account management and sales leadership.
  • Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Ability to analyse data metrics to identify sales trends and inform new business.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
