Job Summary:The Group Key Account Manager Fire Detection & Security Systems will be responsible for promoting the design, supply, and installation services of fire & security systems. This role will involve managing a team of account managers, setting targets, and providing strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of account managers to promote fire & security systems
- Set targets and provide strategic direction for the team
- Interact with key customers, including end-users and facilities management companies
- Work on projects such as schools, restaurants, clubs, business parks, theatres, etc.
- Manage project order values ranging from £5,000 to £200,000
- Meet team-related turnover targets
- Experience managing a sales team
- Key accounts experience
- Background in the fire or security industry, ideally both
- Sound knowledge of various communication systems, including fire alarms, access controls, telecoms, CCTV, intruder alarms, and door access
- Awareness of industry standards
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Stable career background
- Attention to detail and methodical organisational skills
