Group Key Account Manager Fire Detection Systems

At Mitchell Maguire, we are seeking an experienced Group Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting the design, supply, and installation services of fire and security systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of account managers to achieve sales targets and strategic direction
- Interact with key customers, including end-users and facilities management companies
- Work on projects such as schools, restaurants, clubs, business parks, and theatres
- Meet turnover targets and project order values ranging from £5k to £200k
Requirements:
- Experience managing a sales team and key accounts
- Knowledge of fire and security systems, including fire alarms, access controls, telecoms, CCTV, intruder alarms, and door access
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Stable career background and methodical organizational skills
