Commercial Operations Coordinator

At Project People, our goal is to maximize value for our stakeholders by providing and managing optimal network experiences at the most efficient cost.
In this position, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Commercial team as part of a dynamic and effective Commercial Office. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including the management of all Commercial systems and data, onboarding suppliers (including NDAs and PQQs), conducting internal audits, generating reports, and approving purchase orders.
The primary focus of this role will be to support the Supplier Onboarding Process (PQQs), manage purchase order approvals, oversee the team mailbox, and facilitate contract uploads.
You will collaborate with the broader Commercial team, including senior personnel, and assist with additional tasks as needed.
This role will be guided by the Commercial Office Manager and provides opportunities for growth in Commercial processes, systems, and data management.
This is a hybrid position, allowing for flexibility in your work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the team mailbox to address inquiries or direct them to the appropriate individuals.
- Assist with internal audits to ensure adherence to commercial protocols.
- Upload components to the ERP system using an Excel template.
- Help maintain the accuracy and validity of data across various systems.
- Support the evolution of the Commercial Office and the services it provides.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with commercial processes
- Understanding of SharePoint
