About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Operations Coordinator to join our European Customer Operations team in the UK. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless order management, customer satisfaction, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales orders and invoices accurately and efficiently using our SAP system.
  • Support the creation of quotes and ensure timely information is provided to key stakeholders.
  • Manage maintenance contracts and warranties, and create stakeholder notifications.
  • Organize and monitor transportation associated with orders.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide information on order status, delivery status, and invoicing.
  • Provide administrative support to the CO Team and other regional offices in Europe as needed.
Requirements
  • Degree in Commercial Administration or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position.
  • English as business language; additional European language a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work as a team and learn.
  • Open to working in an international environment.
