We are excited to announce an opportunity with a prominent real estate firm based in Reading, Berkshire. To facilitate the ongoing expansion of their operations, they are in search of a dedicated and approachable individual to fill the role of Financial Operations Coordinator.
In this position, you will play a crucial role in engaging with clients and processing charges related to leased properties. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist the accounts payable department by managing invoice processing and reconciling supplier statements, while also providing support to the collections team as necessary.
A qualified applicant will have strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, and some background in a professional or corporate setting. They should exhibit a customer-centric approach and possess the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with clients and process charges for leased properties.
- Assist accounts payable with the management of invoices and reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Support the collections team with outstanding balances as required.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records and lease agreements.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Excel and various computer applications.
