Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial and Office Coordinator to join our team at Project People. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and financial support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial support, including preliminary bookkeeping, invoicing, and cash management.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as employee training, proposal setup, and timesheet troubleshooting.
- Support the Managing Director with travel bookings and organizational tasks.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and data maintenance.
Requirements
- Relevant degree, certification, or equivalent in Finance/Accounting.
- 3+ years of experience in a comparable role.
- Previous experience with accounting software, especially XERO.
- Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
