We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Operations Coordinator to join our European Customer Operations team in the UK. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless order management, customer satisfaction, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Process sales orders and invoices accurately and efficiently using our SAP system.
- Support the creation of quotes and ensure timely information is provided to key stakeholders.
- Manage maintenance contracts and warranties, and create stakeholder notifications.
- Organize and monitor transportation associated with orders.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide information on order status, delivery status, and invoicing.
- Provide administrative support to the CO Team and other regional offices in Europe as needed.
- Degree in Commercial Administration or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position.
- English as business language; additional European language a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work as a team and learn.
- Open to working in an international environment.
