What your day will entail In a dynamic, focused, and collaborative team environment, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and managing all elements of the project lifecycle, including Requests for Proposals and client presentations, collaborating with subject matter experts to devise effective win strategies.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring their timely completion.
- Facilitating client presentations, organizing and participating in rehearsals, and overseeing logistics for meetings.
- Editing materials for clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand standards using established tools and processes.
- Conducting comprehensive reviews of Request for Proposal responses prior to submission, including personal assessments, managing peer reviews, and ensuring overall quality control.
- Leading post-project evaluations to share best practices and curate content for the content library.
- Adhering to Aon policies and all relevant regulations.
- Fostering positive relationships with colleagues across the organization.
- Updating project-specific online platforms.
