Sales Operations Coordinator - Hybrid/Berkshire based

Our client is a leading entity in the surgical instrument sector, operating across the UK, Europe, and the United States. They are a swiftly growing international healthcare technology firm dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for countless individuals in the UK daily.

They are in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to facilitate their business expansion by managing reporting reconciliation with essential commercial partners and internal departments, as well as providing support for business development and value-based initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling reconciliation and reporting will constitute a significant portion of this role
  • Handling extensive data sets or management information
  • Preparation of reports with distributors, including data analysis and presentation
  • Support grant activities for commercial business programs, including leading the grant application process and providing reporting and analytics
  • Monitoring tenders and sales force reporting, including tracking and analyzing tender activities and offering insights to the sales team
  • Overseeing pricing activities and outcomes, including tracking and analyzing pricing trends and providing recommendations to the sales team
  • Monitoring value program activities and assisting in the development of value tools, including tracking, analyzing activities, and providing insights to the sales team
  • Providing support for the sales team in managing their sales activities, including lead generation, opportunity management, and sales forecasting
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to drive business growth and optimize sales operations

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a related area
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly and concisely
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is advantageous
  • Solid understanding of sales operations and the capability to drive process enhancements
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with a strong customer service focus
  • Self-motivated and able to work on one's initiative
