About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to join a leading insurance brokerage as an Account Executive. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your commercial insurance knowledge and market relationships to drive growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Business Retention: Ensure retention of clients by project managing accounts, delivering excellent service, and conducting regular reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
- Negotiation: Conduct negotiations to secure favorable terms and agreements, ensuring a win-win situation for both clients and the company.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry and company regulatory requirements and standards.
