About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to join a leading insurance brokerage as an Account Executive. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your commercial insurance knowledge and market relationships to drive growth.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  3. Business Retention: Ensure retention of clients by project managing accounts, delivering excellent service, and conducting regular reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
  4. Negotiation: Conduct negotiations to secure favorable terms and agreements, ensuring a win-win situation for both clients and the company.
  5. Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry and company regulatory requirements and standards.
  6. Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on new business activities, achievements, and challenges.
