About the Role

The Provider Network Manager is a critical position within our organization, responsible for the overall management of our provider network in a specific region. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare operations, provider management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of host nation providers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each provider and seamless integration within our network.
  • Develop and implement an engagement strategy for own portfolio, aligned with regional/country strategy, to achieve contractual objectives and improve medical record collection KPIs.
  • Coordinate internal processes for provider lifecycle management, including identification, assessment, addition/removal from network.
  • Collaborate with Program Team, Quality Teams, and Medical Services Teams to adjust provider network composition and portfolio according to client needs.
  • Search, identify, and manage new provider partnerships in response to client needs.
  • Manage key processes for provider data collection and maintenance, working closely with Network Services Team, Clinical Quality Team, Site Assessment Team, and Near Patient Teams.
  • Provide ongoing provider support through issue resolution and customer service, including strategies for optimizing medical record submission.
  • Travel regularly across the region (50% travel) to meet with providers and ensure network management.

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in healthcare and provider management. Key qualifications include:

  • Proven service delivery experience in a professional services B2B environment or senior account management experience or program management experience.
  • Must own a car with a clean driver's license.
  • Previous exposure to healthcare and healthcare provider management is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree, equivalent, or qualification by experience.
  • Postgraduate degree an advantage.
  • Insurance, medical provider, or nursing experience an advantage.
