Strategic Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities
Cultivate robust relationships with current clients, monitoring their purchasing habits to identify upselling opportunities. Initiate, define, and oversee projects aimed at enhancing sales performance and revenue generation. Collaborate with the Client Services team to execute activities throughout the client lifecycle, focusing on increasing renewal rates. Develop and implement sales strategies for products and territories to achieve sales objectives. Provide insights to our product development team by suggesting innovative ideas and gathering client feedback during product launches. Foster strong connections with clients at industry events and product showcases. Lead the preparation of proposals and sales presentations for new offerings. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, reflecting sales activities and managing leads effectively. Ensure compliance with regulations by securing signed contracts and processing orders appropriately.Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven sales methodology. Previous experience in a leadership role within a B2B sales environment is preferred. Demonstrated experience in recruiting, training, and mentoring a sales team. Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Familiarity with account-based marketing and executing targeted campaigns. Experience managing complex sales processes and negotiating contracts. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to forecast and report on team performance. Proficient in CRM systems, with a preference for Salesforce experience. Understanding of the legal sector is advantageous. A sales-driven, team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and stakeholders.Benefits
