About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at C&M Travel Recruitment. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their strategic goals and objectives, and consultatively selling value-added solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans for clients to drive revenue growth and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, including senior management and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular strategic reviews of clients' travel programs to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
  • Ensure client compliance with contractual agreements and stay up-to-date with changes to client needs.
  • Drive contract renewals and retention of clients through excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional account management in the corporate travel sector.
  • Experience in writing client development business plans and strategic reviews.
