Role Overview:

As a key member of the company's leadership team, the Head of Intermediary Partnerships will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic relationships with key intermediary clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to exceed sales targets and key performance indicators, leveraging relationships with intermediary partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Formulate Relationship Strategies: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement a strategic plan for managing relationships with intermediary clients, ensuring alignment with the company's broader business objectives.
  • Manage Key Accounts: Strengthen and sustain relationships with major clients, ensuring high levels of engagement and securing long-term partnerships.
  • Build Trust: Establish the company as a trusted partner to both existing and prospective clients, nurturing long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Lead the Team: Provide strong leadership and daily management for the Intermediary Partnerships team, overseeing their development and ensuring the team meets its goals.

Candidate Requirements:

Candidates must have experience in the investment management industry, with a proven track record of managing relationships with intermediary clients, such as financial advisory firms.
