CRS is a leading provider of white label SIPP pension platforms to banks, investment management firms, and fintech companies. Our platform offers a market-leading solution that enables our partners to provide efficient and secure pension services to their clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management
    • Develop a deep understanding of our partners' businesses and identify opportunities to improve their usage of our platform.
    • Build effective relationship management processes to ensure the smooth operation of our partnerships.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for our partners, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Account Planning
    • Develop and maintain effective account plans for each partner, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
    • Review and update account plans on a quarterly basis to ensure that they remain relevant and effective.
  • Contract Management
    • Review and negotiate partnership contracts to ensure that they align with industry standards and internal policies.
    • Assist in the renegotiation of contracts to ensure that our partnerships have longevity and are on a sound commercial footing.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Engage with key internal stakeholders to ensure that our partners' needs are understood and met.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that any required changes are progressed in a timely manner.
  • Training and Development
    • Train and mentor operational staff members on the nuances of our partners' businesses.
    • Develop and promote best practices for developing and maintaining client relationships.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record
    • Proven success in managing strategic relationships within the pensions/financial services industry at a blue-chip level.
    • Experience in growing an existing client base and increasing satisfaction and revenue.
  • Industry Knowledge
    • Detailed understanding of the market and industry developments.
    • Ability to provide regular and relevant market insights to add value to our partners' businesses.
  • Communication Skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive positive outcomes in a timely manner.
  • Analytical Skills
    • Ability to analyze data and MI to ensure the early identification of trends and issues.
    • Ability to take remedial action and follow through to completion.
