**Job Title:** Business Development Manager
**Job Type:** Full Time
**Location:** Remote
**Salary:** £65k to £75k per annum
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at We Are Adam. The successful candidate will work closely with our partners to develop and implement sector business development plans, driving increased sales of profitable, strategically-aligned work.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to the sector leadership team on marketing and BD initiatives.
- Implement business development plans, including the development of reputation, key relationships, and new service lines.
- Support the group in all aspects of business development, covering targeting, thought leadership campaigns, and tactical activity.
- Work with the Key Account team to encourage and support Relationship Partners in their pursuit of key clients.
- Manage the profile of the group by ensuring effective use of communication channels.
- Oversee firm-wide BD activities, including legal directory submissions and website material.
- Lead the formulation and management of the BD budget, ensuring the best ROI.
- Collaborate with the wider BD team to align business development activity and support specific opportunities.
**Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role in a legal or partnership environment.
- Degree educated.
- Relevant marketing qualification.
