About the Role

C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our established team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our corporate clients, understanding their strategic goals and objectives, and consultatively selling value-added solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive client growth and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, including senior management and procurement teams
  • Deliver regular strategic reviews of the travel programme to ensure client compliance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Drive contract renewals and retention of clients through excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional business development and account management in the corporate travel sector
  • Experience in writing client development business plans and strategic reviews
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify opportunities for growth and revenue
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
