Client Relationship Manager

Compensation: £70,000 to £80,000 based on experience

Digital Skills Ltd is in search of a skilled Client Relationship Manager with a robust background in E-commerce and expertise in either Adobe Commerce or Salesforce Commerce Cloud. The successful candidate will possess a strategic approach, outstanding relationship management capabilities, and the ability to orchestrate cross-departmental teams to provide exceptional consulting and advisory services to our clientele.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture enduring client relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for designated accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and building trust.
  • Comprehend clients' business goals and challenges to deliver customized strategic insights.
  • Offer high-level strategic advice on E-commerce best practices, trends, and technologies.
  • Counsel clients on maximizing their use of Adobe Commerce or Salesforce Commerce Cloud to fulfill business objectives.
  • Spot opportunities for clients to enhance their E-commerce strategies and overall performance.
  • Coordinate the efforts of various internal teams to ensure unified and aligned actions.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between clients and internal teams.
  • Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that client expectations are consistently met or surpassed.
  • Identify and pursue avenues for account growth and expansion.
  • Propose and implement strategies to boost client engagement and retention.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in account management, client services, or similar roles within the E-commerce sector.
  • Proven experience with either Adobe Commerce or Salesforce Commerce Cloud is essential.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Solid understanding of E-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online retail strategies.
  • Exhibits leadership qualities and the capability to influence others.
