We are seeking an experienced client relationship manager to join our driven and dynamic Client Development & CRM team. The role focuses on developing a number of Savills' most valued and strategic clients. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for advising on client planning, delivering strategic activities, and shaping our business-wide next-generation relationship program.

The successful candidate will have experience in a client management role and a passion for client care and development. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a number of key client accounts and leading client planning and execution of client engagement activities.
  • Coaching and supporting client teams in best practice client planning, as outlined in the Savills approach to key client management, incorporating the candidate's own experience.
  • Developing and implementing strategic activities to drive client growth and retention.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Providing exceptional client service and support to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
