CRM Insights and Strategy Analyst

This position offers an exceptional chance to become a vital member of our esteemed CRM Insights and Strategy division, concentrating on the strategic utilization of data to enhance pertinent marketing, compliance, and Safer Gambling communications to millions of clients across diverse Sky Betting & Gaming brands.

As an integral component of the CRM strategy, this role is designed to optimize value by guaranteeing targeted, effective, and efficient initiatives.

This role follows a shift pattern from Sunday to Thursday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leverage data from Sky Betting and Gaming to power CRM tools, generating accurate and measurable data selections for marketing, compliance, and safer gambling customer communications across various CRM channels.
  • Collaborate with CRM Strategy, Communications, and Commercial Marketing teams to craft innovative customer journeys.
  • Engage closely with CRM & BI teams to pinpoint areas for campaign enhancement, boost customer engagement, and refine user experience.
  • Implement daily campaign strategies utilizing a range of campaign mechanics.
  • Coordinate with Data and Data Science teams to ensure the availability of necessary data, models, and segmentation for campaign execution.
  • Assist Senior Analysts in evaluating commercial briefs and identifying opportunities to elevate campaign performance through data capabilities.
  • Follow quality control protocols for precise and efficient customer selections.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Highly driven and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Confident in challenging concepts and articulating personal perspectives.
  • Clear communicator, team-oriented, and skilled at collaborating with various teams.
  • Curious problem solver with a keen eye for detail and logical reasoning.
  • Previous experience or knowledge in CRM, SQL, or Database Marketing.
  • Commercially savvy with a solid understanding of the Bet & Gaming sector and SBG products.
