About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CRM Analyst to join our team at Network Marketing - Marketing Recruitment. As a CRM Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels and providing analysis and insight-based recommendations for improved customer targeting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including direct mail, email, push, and SMS
  • Provide analysis and insight-based recommendations for improved customer targeting
  • Produce ad-hoc customer and campaign-related analysis to support business needs
  • Provision of multi-channel selections, including direct mail, email, push, and SMS campaigns, in accordance with brand strategies
  • Strong SQL skillset with experience working within databases
  • Experience working within MS Excel, CRM, Adobe Campaigns, and PowerBI
  • Good understanding of marketing channels, such as SMS, email, CRM, and direct mail
  • Ability to commute to the office 2 days a week
  • Strong numerical skillset with a passion for data marketing
