Job Overview

  • Collate, analyze and interpret key performance indicator (KPI) data from various sources to provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data, including repairs, serving, and faults data, to understand the financial impacts on the business.
  • Understand profitability versus service cost to support sales decision-making.
  • Create reports on service performance using multiple data sources to provide valuable insights.
  • Identify common data trends and provide feedback to key stakeholders.
  • Perform root cause analysis on repairs, breakdowns, and servicing, and provide recommendations to key stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, including V-lookups and pivot tables.
  • SQL skills are a plus.
  • Ability to understand and interpret volume data.
  • Ability to create recommendations based on data analysis.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of £35,000 - £38,000 depending on experience.
