We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Interface Recruitment UK. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain effective reporting processes to support business decision-making
  • Design and implement bespoke applications for data capture and reporting purposes using data warehouse and Excel UserForm technologies
  • Investigate and resolve data quality issues to ensure accurate and reliable data
  • Support business change management processes, including transformation and CRM change management
  • Produce high-quality documentation to facilitate understanding of complex technical processes
Requirements:
  • Strong skills in Microsoft BI stack (SQL, SSAS/SSIS/SSRS)
  • Experience in data investigation and resolution of faults/verification of amendments to code
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and data presentation packages (e.g. Power BI)
  • Excellent analytical skills, including listening, questioning, challenging, and modeling
  • Strong documentation skills, including data modeling, business rules, requirements management, and change management
