Job Summary:

Venn Group's North East IT team is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join a dynamic team in an excellent organisation. As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex SQL server queries, stored procedures, and manage SQL server source control.
  • Design and implement data management, architecture, and interpret complex data sets to produce reports.
  • Advanced understanding of Business Intelligence architecture, including ETL, SSIS, data warehousing, and data modelling.
  • Advanced knowledge of statistics, database design, and Business Intelligence technology, including tools like QlikView, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience in writing reports, managing technical publications, and developing SQL-based reporting tools such as SSRS.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, information governance, and the importance of reporting standards.
  • Expertise in configuring and managing Business Intelligence tools and environments, including security, service support, and version control.
  • Ability to manage multiple workloads and provide guidance to ensure high-quality outputs.

Requirements:

  • Master's level degree in science, mathematics, or computing discipline, or equivalent experience.
