Business Intelligence Analyst Opportunity

Interface Recruitment UK is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join a newly formed BI function. This role offers a unique opportunity to progress and contribute to the business's decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with senior management to present technical BI findings and insights.
  2. Deliver and maintain BAU reporting within Business Intelligence, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  3. Provide timely and effective ad-hoc reporting requests, challenging assumptions to find the best solutions.
  4. Support the production of BI documentation, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
  5. Analysis of KPI trends across the business, identifying areas for improvement.
  6. Deliver and support BI reporting schedules and automation, streamlining processes.
  7. Support audit processes within BI, ensuring compliance and security.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in producing reporting and BI through Qlikview or similar BI tools.
  2. Ability to interpret data, providing insight and direction based on findings.
  3. Able to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure for senior business people.
  4. Experience working with complex data structures, including relational and dimensional databases.
  5. Business/Numerical Honours degree or QBE or equivalent.
  6. Excellent knowledge of SQL Server and enterprise BI tools (Qlik, SAP, Microstrategy, Tableau, etc.).
  7. Effective communicator with good organizational and prioritizing skills.
  8. Advanced Microsoft office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  9. Experience presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
