Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Management Business Analyst to join our team at Network Marketing - Marketing Recruitment. As a CRM Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels and providing analysis and insight-based recommendations for improved customer targeting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce ad-hoc customer & campaign related analysis to support the needs of the business.
- Provision of multi-channel selections including direct mail, email, push & SMS campaigns in accordance with the brand strategies.
- Produce timely and accurate results and reports to understand the success of the marketing activity across channels.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improved customer targeting using insight-based recommendations.
Requirements:
- Strong SQL skillset with experience working within databases.
- Experience working within Ms Excel, CRM, Adobe Campaigns, and PowerBI.
- A good understanding of marketing channels such as SMS, Email, CRM and Direct Mail.
- Be able to commute to the office.
- Strong numerical skillset with a passion for data marketing.
