About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customer portfolio, maximising customer loyalty and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain excellent relationships with your customer portfolio, understanding their current and future Electric Vehicle (EV) journey and key drivers for usage.
  • Discuss and cross-sell our full range of fleet products and services, including our exciting new EV products and solutions.
  • Contact customers who have been passed over from New Business and Customer Support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer emails and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure customers are aware and competent in using our online Account Management portal (My Fleet Hub).
  • Confirm and update customers' data and information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Engage with customers who may be showing initial signs of a reduction in their fuel spend, exploring the reasons why and providing a suitable solution.
Requirements

We are looking for a friendly, consultative, and knowledgeable individual who is passionate about speaking to customers. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Customer-focused with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Willingness to learn about all our products and fleet services, with a focus on our EV offerings.
  • Ability to understand and empathise with customers' businesses and challenges.
  • Organised with the ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
