Job Summary

This role presents a unique opportunity to join our renowned CRM Data Strategy team at Flutter UK & Ireland, focusing on leveraging data strategically to drive relevant marketing, regulatory, and Safer Gambling communications to millions of customers across various Sky Betting & Gaming brands.

As a crucial part of the CRM strategy, the role aims to maximize value by ensuring targeted, effective, and efficient activities.

This position operates on a shift pattern from Sunday to Thursday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize data from Sky Betting and Gaming to fuel CRM tools, creating precise and measurable data selections for marketing, regulatory, and safer gambling customer communications across multiple CRM channels.
  • Collaborate with CRM Strategy, Communications, and Commercial Marketing teams to design innovative customer journeys.
  • Work closely with CRM & BI teams to identify areas for campaign optimization, enhance customer engagement, and improve user experience.
  • Execute daily campaign plans using a variety of campaign mechanics.
  • Work with Data and Data Science teams to ensure the necessary data, models, and segmentation for campaign delivery.
  • Support Senior Analysts in reviewing commercial briefs and identifying opportunities to enhance campaign performance through data capabilities.
  • Adhere to quality control processes for accurate and efficient customer selections.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated and thrives in a dynamic team environment.
  • Comfortable challenging ideas and expressing own viewpoints.
  • Articulate, team-oriented, and adept at collaborating with multiple teams.
  • Inquisitive problem solver with strong attention to detail and logical thinking.
  • Prior experience or knowledge in CRM, SQL, or Database Marketing.
  • Commercially astute with a good understanding of the Bet & Gaming industry and SBG products.
