Position Summary

Lucid Support Services Ltd is in search of a dedicated Performance Analyst to enhance our analytical capabilities. This role is pivotal in evaluating and interpreting performance metrics to drive operational excellence. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and effectively communicating insights to executive teams.

This position will initially require a commitment of 2.5 days per week, with potential for increased hours based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with internal teams to collect performance metrics and analytical insights.
  • Utilize tools such as Excel and Power BI to assess and interpret monthly performance data.
  • Correlate performance metrics with strategic planning and risk management to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Deliver presentations of analytical findings to senior management during monthly performance reviews.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate key performance indicators, implementing strategies to refine performance reporting.
  • Oversee administrative tasks for senior leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action item tracking.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in performance analysis, data interpretation, and reporting.
  • Expertise in data analysis software, particularly Excel and Power BI.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in managing administrative duties for leadership meetings is advantageous.

Daily Activities

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and analyze performance data.
  • Interpret performance metrics using advanced analytical tools.
  • Present analytical insights to senior leadership during performance review sessions.
  • Track and monitor key performance indicators consistently.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities for senior leadership meetings.
