Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated Community Engagement and Events Coordinator to assist with various operational responsibilities essential for maintaining our community dynamics. Ideal candidates will possess 1-2 years of experience in a digital media setting, with a strong familiarity with online platforms and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with our community: Bring your authentic self, enthusiasm, and innovative spirit to foster connections within our community, both virtually and occasionally in person.
  • Content and activity management: Oversee a variety of initiatives, including email campaigns, events, video production, articles, and social media engagement.
  • Content creation: Collaborate with our team to produce written and visual content for our website, community, marketing efforts, events, and social media channels.
  • Support growth initiatives: Contribute to increasing web traffic, enhancing social media presence, and boosting email marketing and event participation.
  • Data analysis: Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to inform our strategies and enhance our operations.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a digital media environment or equivalent demonstrable experience
  • No formal qualifications required; however, evidence of your commitment to the field is encouraged
