Our Community Engagement Coordinators are enthusiastic about delivering exceptional service to those utilizing our facilities.

Position Overview: The primary responsibility of the Community Engagement Coordinator is to warmly welcome our clients and their groups, ensuring that all facilities are prepared and accessible for a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an outstanding experience for our clients, ensuring that all users have a positive and memorable visit. Assist clients with the setup of facilities for various events, from arranging sports equipment to activating lighting systems.
  • Perform light cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness of the venue, ensuring that all areas are left in pristine condition for the next day’s activities.
  • Ensure the security and safety of the venue by managing access points and conducting thorough checks at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Conduct regular health and safety inspections, promptly reporting any issues or hazards to maintain a safe environment for all attendees.
  • Receive comprehensive training to fully understand the role, including site orientation, safety protocols, and customer service best practices.
  • Contribute to the overall quality of service by being flexible and willing to assist with additional tasks that may arise.
