Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Community Open Week and the Community Access Scheme at Kew Gardens.
  • Develop communications, marketing, learning resources, and group leader training for the Community Access Scheme.
  • Work with staff and partners from various disciplines to deliver an exciting, accessible, and creative program of Community Open Week activities.
  • Grow the Community Access Scheme offer by identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the success of community engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience of community engagement and coordinating outdoor events.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
