Community Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Engagement Coordinator to join our team at Watmos Community Homes. As a key member of our community engagement team, you will play a vital role in supporting the implementation of our resident involvement strategy and 'Resident Voice' activities.

Key responsibilities will include planning and overseeing a range of activities and events, building relationships with residents and staff, and supporting the resident scrutiny panel to analyse performance information and carry out reviews of service areas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with local communities, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, and a proven ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong proficiency in IT, exceptional customer service, and both written and verbal communication skills are essential.
