Event Engagement Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

As our Event Engagement Coordinator, you will be central to our events, guaranteeing that all operations proceed without a hitch. Your responsibilities will include managing communications with participants, coordinating with accommodation providers, and crafting tailored itineraries. Additionally, your role will require travel to assist with event logistics, engage with attendees, and contribute to the overall success of our gatherings.

- Event Management: Oversee all facets of event organisation, including participant communications, lodging arrangements, and itinerary development.

-On-Site Assistance: Travel to events both domestically and internationally to facilitate logistics and interact with attendees.

-Diverse Engagement: Connect with individuals from various cultures and backgrounds to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all participants.

-Database Oversight: Maintain our Event Engagement databases, ensuring precision and efficiency.

-Collaboration: Work alongside the IT department to enhance data flow between Citywire's event application and databases.

-Feedback Collection: Attend to participant needs and feedback, relaying insights internally to improve future events.

-Innovation: Contribute to the creation of new and engaging event formats that captivate our audiences.
