Temporary Events Coordinator

Part-time Position

Hourly Rate £16.48

Membership Organisation

Membership Bespoke, a specialist recruitment organisation, is seeking a temporary Events Coordinator to contribute to the planning and execution of engaging events for our client, a membership organisation in London.

  • Coordinate and organise events to meet client expectations
  • Manage event logistics, budgets, and timelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Develop and implement effective event strategies to enhance client engagement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong level of IT literacy and proficiency in event management software

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event planning and coordination, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements
  • Budget management and financial reporting
  • Communication and stakeholder management
  • Event evaluation and feedback
