Role Overview:

The purpose of this position is to enhance the management of the London Guest Experience, aligning with the standards set by Compass and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Duties:
  • Maintain an active role, covering reception during critical operational hours.
  • Implement industry best practices and present quarterly innovations derived from networking.
  • Coordinate events in collaboration with the community coordinator.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the client journey, effectively connecting all available services including catering, IT, AV support, cleaning, and security.
  • Surpass client and guest expectations while fostering a client-centered atmosphere within the team.
  • Encourage feedback from clients and guests, identifying opportunities for service enhancement.
  • Support performance management initiatives for team members requiring improvement.
  • Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of all reception areas and client floors.
  • Contribute to the reduction of food waste through effective systems.

Client Relationship Management:
  • Understand all contractual obligations to facilitate effective delivery.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, guests, and decision-makers, comprehending their motivations and business nature.
  • Address client and guest concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Exhibit flexibility in adapting plans to meet client and guest needs.
  • Adhere to company policies and comply with all relevant legislation, including health and safety regulations.
  • Demonstrate a positive and helpful demeanor in all interactions.
  • Engage with clients, responding to remarks and requests promptly and in accordance with company policy.
  • Assist in monitoring team performance through established key performance indicators.
