Workforce Staffing Ltd is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Coordinator to enhance our team. This full-time position requires on-site presence five days a week.

Position Overview:

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Sales Support Coordinator plays a crucial role in assisting the sales team with order processing, account development, and fostering strong customer relationships.

This role is ideal for individuals looking to embark on a career in sales, offering an excellent opportunity to gain insights into sales processes and business operations. For the right candidate, this position may lead to advancement into a Sales Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input and manage sales orders within the company's internal systems.
  • Oversee customer orders from initiation to completion, collaborating with the sales team to achieve collective goals.
  • Address customer inquiries via various communication channels, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Assist the sales team in driving revenue growth within their designated regions.
  • Generate reports and analyses related to sales performance, budgets, and other key metrics.
  • Help cultivate a robust business network to boost sales, both in-person and through digital platforms.
  • Support the Managing Director and Sales Managers in executing marketing strategies.
  • Provide assistance to the Operations team with daily tasks and cover for the Production Assistant as needed.
  • Develop expertise in the company's software systems to support overall business operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in IT and comfortable with various software applications.
  • Possess a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles (additional training available).
  • Familiarity with business-oriented social media platforms.
  • Innovative thinking in addressing challenges.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement in sales techniques and strategies.
  • Positive demeanor and attitude towards self and colleagues.
  • A-Level education or equivalent is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
