Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Sales Support Coordinator plays a crucial role in assisting the sales team with order processing, account development, and fostering robust customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Input and manage sales orders within the company’s internal systems.
- Oversee customer orders from initiation to completion, collaborating with the sales team to achieve shared goals.
- Address customer inquiries via various communication channels, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Assist the sales team in driving revenue growth within their designated regions.
- Compile and analyze reports on sales performance, budgets, and overall metrics.

- Collaborate with the Managing Director and Sales Managers to implement marketing strategies.
- Provide operational support and cover for the Production Assistant as needed.

- Have a foundational understanding of marketing principles (training available).

- Educational background of A-Level or equivalent.
