Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing customer orders efficiently
  • Establishing new client accounts
  • Responding to inquiries via phone and email in a courteous and professional manner
  • Assisting the Team Leader in guiding and mentoring team members
  • Providing support to the sales team
  • Utilizing Microsoft Excel on a daily basis
  • Performing various administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional customer service abilities, ensuring a high-quality customer experience

Preferred Experience:

You may have held positions such as Customer Service Advisor, Receptionist, Team Assistant, Administrator, or similar roles that align with the responsibilities of a Sales Operations Coordinator.

Compensation: The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from £24,000 to £28,000, commensurate with experience.
