Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the office, managing incoming calls, welcoming visitors, and ensuring a professional office environment.
  • Review and upload service documentation through our online management system.
  • Maintain and update client databases and spreadsheets.
  • Input contracts and special projects into our contract management system and communicate with the planning team.
  • Schedule and coordinate tasks for engineering staff.
  • Generate reports and uphold an organized filing system.
  • Handle Purchase Order processing.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support departmental needs.
  • Foster positive relationships with colleagues across the organization.

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within an office setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate challenging situations effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Focus on standards, systems, procedures, and processes.
  • Willingness to assist team members as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self-driven with a proactive approach and a desire for personal and professional growth.
