We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Export Documentation Coordinator to join our team at Office Angels. As an Export Documentation Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of export operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Creating and submitting ATA carnets and export documentation, including Certificates of Origin, in accordance with client requirements and regulatory guidelines.
- Providing quotations to clients and working closely with the operations team to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
- Updating Carnet log sheets and maintaining accurate records of export documentation.
- Collaborating with the operations team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Performing general administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Previous experience in export documentation or a related field is an asset.
