Position Overview

A rapidly expanding organization is seeking a Senior Customer Support Administrator to become a vital part of their scheduling division. This role is primarily office-based and involves significant interaction with clients.

This opportunity has arisen due to the company's growth trajectory, and the successful candidate will have the potential to advance within the current team or transition to other departments over time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Addressing customer inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Coordinating the logistics for product collection and delivery.
  • Collaborating with internal departments through in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails.

Given the nature of this position, the role requires presence in the office five days a week. The working hours are structured from Tuesday to Saturday, totaling 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift schedule.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in an office environment with regular customer engagement. Suitable backgrounds may include roles in customer service or administrative support, such as Resource Scheduler or Bookings Coordinator. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential, along with the capability to thrive in a dynamic work setting.
