We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks to support all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate various administrative tasks to support all operations.
- Maintain and update documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Work closely with the teams to assist with inquiries, reports, and seamless communication across departments.
- Assist in the management of all records.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar industry.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant software tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
